How do my sessions sync between devices? +

Sessions you log on Apple Watch go straight to your iPhone. The watch doesn't need your phone nearby to record; it keeps each session until your iPhone is in reach, then sends it over. On iPhone, iCloud Sync backs up your sessions and keeps them in sync across your devices signed in to the same Apple ID. It's on by default, and you'll find it in More → Settings → Backup & Export → iCloud Sync.

Why does the Watch app ask for HealthKit permission? +

HealthKit permission lets Tally Hoops record your shooting sessions as workouts — they count toward your Activity rings and capture your heart rate and calories. It also tags each shot you log on the watch with your heart rate at that moment, which powers the heart-rate stats. None of this data is sent off-device or to anyone but Apple Health.

How do I export my data? +

To export one session, open it and use Share: you can save it as CSV or JSON, or export every shot as CSV with its result, running percentage, streak and heart rate. That's free. To export everything at once, go to More → Settings → Backup & Export → Export Data and choose CSV or JSON; bulk export is part of Premium. Video files can be exported individually from each session detail screen.

How do I delete my account or all my data? +

There's no account to delete — your data lives on your devices and in your iCloud, not on our servers. To wipe everything in the app: More → Settings → Privacy → Delete All Data. To remove from iCloud: Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Tally Hoops → Delete Data.

How do I report a bug or request a feature? +

Email [email protected] — every message gets read. For bugs, including a screen recording or screenshot helps a lot.
